Men In Loafers. Ick.

Is it just me or does this make anyone feel not right.
No socks, and loafers, with hair men feet parading around on the streets. Let's not make this a trend. And I can't imagine how those are gonna smell.
Keep going...

Halloween

Well t'is that time of the year for pumpkins, candy corn, and costumes! I am trying to figure out what to be. Here are my predictions for the most popular costumes...
  • All you need is a blonde wig, some foundation, and a black baby....oh and your D&G Belt... hello!
  •
  • For a Chris Crocker costume you would need...a blonde wig...foundation, this sounds familiar. A bed sheet and a serious case of mental health problems will complete your look.
  • Black wig, HUGE lips, and a lot of pillows. Done.
  • If I have a nickel for every Michael Jackson costume we'll see on the 31st....I would be able to pay Michael Jackson's debt off...

  • What will you be this year?

    Aarrg Mates.

Went to a cool bar last night. R Bar looks kind of sketch from the outside, but inside you are in the belly of a pirate ship! Good seating, great whiskey selection, fire spitting, and pirate talking contests, are all a part of what makes this place rad. Check it out sometime. You have to have a password to get in, find it on their myspace: http://www.myspace.com/4rbar

    Delight.

    Winken, Blinken, and Nod

    Winken, Blinken, and Nod, one night sailed off in a wooden shoe;
Sailed off on a river of crystal light into a sea of dew.
"Where are you going and what do you wish?" the old moon asked the three.
"We've come to fish for the herring fish that live in this beautiful sea.
Nets of silver and gold have we," said Winken, Blinken, and Nod.

The old moon laughed and sang a song as they rocked in the wooden shoe.
And the wind that sped them all night long ruffled the waves of dew.
    Now the little stars are the herring fish that live in that beautiful sea;
"Cast your nets wherever you wish never afraid are we!"
So cried the stars to the fishermen three - Winken, and Blinken, and Nod.

So all night long their nets they threw to the stars in the twinkling foam.
'Til down from the skies came the wooden shoe bringing the fisherman home.
'Twas all so pretty a sail it seemed as if it could not be.
Some folks say 'twas a dream they dreamed of sailing that misty sea.
But I shall name you the fisherman three - Winken, Blinken, and Nod.

Now Winken and Blinken are two little eyes and Nod is a little head.
And the wooden shoe that sailed the skies is a wee one's trundle bed.
So close your eyes while mother sings of the wonderful sights that be.
And you shall see those beautiful things as you sail on the misty sea,
Where the old shoe rocked the fishermen three - Winken, Blinken, and Nod.

    I love Funny.

Funnyordie.com has been a frequent visiting place for me lately. Here are my latest favorites: Zac's Between Two Ferns & Absolute Vodka adds.
Everything is Terrible's amazingly bad vintage.
This little golden nugget I discovered today. This kid is ridiculous!

Also I recommend getting on the Colbert Nation bandwagon. He is a genius! Read his book, "I Am America, and So Can You"

Photography for a girl with no plans

This is a collection of what I accomplished today. And now I shall complete a run to get some phad thai....check me out, I'm over-achieving!
    L.A. is an oven today.
Twas a bright day, which called for bright makeup.
Black and white makes any picture look good.

This one has a Grecian look to it.

Well I hope you enjoy, and leave some feedback.
